At Categoryauthenti, we are committed to your satisfaction with our handmade cards and custom printing services. We take pride in delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our handmade cards and custom printing services, most orders are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. As such, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues with your order.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the approved design specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:

Proof Approval

Before we begin production, we provide digital proofs for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully check all details including spelling, colors, layout, and design elements. Once you approve a proof, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for errors that were present in the approved design.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order due to our error, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details of the discrepancy. We may request that you return the incorrect items to us.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are subject to a fee based on the work completed. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at community@categoryauthenti.world or call +1 617-495-1000. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the item if necessary. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you are returning an item due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different version of your order, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We will prioritize production of your new order.
